When you talk to Dan (or "dk"), you'll understand why he is one of the top mortgage originators in Snohomish County, but you'll feel like you are the only client he is working with.  That is because Dan has developed a unique Mortgage Concierge Program that hinges on providing a "Red Carpet" experience.  Dan's "Out-of-the-Box" system for serving his Realtors and clients is directly related to the mentoring, support, and ongoing coaching by Mortgage Industry Leaders Carl White and Scott Hudspeth. Dan's background in credit repair as well as his financial education from Curt Lillibridge, Randy Brockway, Greg Frost, and Dave Ramsey has allowed him to emerge as a local expert in funding FHA, USDA Rural Development, and VA home loans.  "I believe that my success as a mortgage advisor is a direct result of my training and  mentoring to 'take action' and 'Just Do It' mind-set.  From there I developed a commitment to providing a concierge experience to my clients and Realtors, but more so,  I learned that a mortgage is a financial tool that managed properly, will lead you to financial peace."  Dan also spends much of his professional time as a public speaker teaching seminars for first time home buyers, credit repair, Realtor success strategies, and Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace course on Financial Planning.  As a former professional Baseball Strength & Conditioning Coach, Dan spends a lot of time volunteer coaching and working with local high school athletes.  "The discipline, work ethic, and life skills I learned from playing college baseball contributed greatly to my success as an entrepreneur.  For young kids, I believe athletics is one of the best classrooms for succeeding in life".
